YOUR PRIVACY
MATTERS.

The project brief tool

The project planner helps you write a brief in your browser. The information you enter is used to prepare the brief on the page. It is not sent to HJD Works or saved to an inquiry database.

You can copy the prepared text or download it as a file. Copying uses your device clipboard only when you press the copy button. A downloaded brief is saved on your device. Leaving or reloading the page clears the information entered in the tool.

Motion preferences

If you change the site’s motion setting, that choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. Your operating system’s reduced-motion preference is respected by default. No project brief details are stored with this preference.

Fonts and analytics

Fonts are served as part of this website. This version does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service.

Links to other websites

The site links to external websites, including project websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Hosting

The server that delivers this website may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver the requested page. The project brief tool does not send your entries to that server.

A useful rule

Please keep confidential information, passwords, account access, and sensitive personal details out of a project brief.
